AMGEN is hiring a Senior Manager, Responsible AI Governance to shape and mature its enterprise Responsible AI governance framework and operating model. The role translates emerging AI regulations, standards, and assurance requirements into governance controls and processes; supports audits, inspections, internal reviews, and regulatory information requests; develops governance narratives and decision-support materials; and leads high-priority cross-functional initiatives. The position requires a degree and seven years of experience in Responsible AI, AI governance, AI risk, technology policy, regulatory policy, quality systems, compliance, audit readiness, AI/ML, or a related discipline, along with strong stakeholder, communication, and technical fluency. The role is based in Lisbon and offers a gross salary of EUR 68,000 to 92,000.
