The role develops compensation and incentive strategies, executive and supervisory board compensation, management and workforce compensation, job evaluation, organizational structure, performance management, job architecture, and equity participation plans for clients ranging from start-ups to international corporations. The position requires an analytical or quantitative degree, several years of consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, German and English fluency, and the ability to work with data and financial metrics.
