Description

Amazon is hiring a Law Enforcement Engagement Leader for Rest of World to build Amazon's global law enforcement engagement capability from scratch across EMEA, APAC, and MEA. The role owns the strategy, operating model, relationship architecture, intelligence-sharing frameworks, and governance for 30+ international jurisdictions; develops engagement playbooks and legal compliance models; coordinates with Legal, Finance, GSOC, Investigations, Public Policy, and ACS; onboards and mentors regional security team leaders; and represents Amazon with INTERPOL, Europol, national agencies, and industry bodies. The position requires experience in risk management, audit, legal, compliance, security, investigations, or related fields, team management of five or more direct reports, global-company experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and deep experience with public-private partnerships and information-sharing programs across multiple jurisdictions.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in risk management, audit, legal, compliance, or a related field involving external stakeholder engagement

Implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
Working within a global company with multi-country responsibilities
Experience in security services, loss prevention, asset protection, audit, investigations, law enforcement, risk management, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field
Creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non-technical audiences
Leading the design, development, and implementation of new business processes or programs
Deep experience with public-private partnerships and information-sharing programs across multiple jurisdictions

Experience with audit or risk program design, control environment documentation, and control mapping
