Description
BridgeBio is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to serve as a strategic partner to commercial leadership and own field analytics, performance measurement, field force operations, CRM and credentialing administration, incentive compensation, reporting, data stewardship, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires at least five years of progressive sales operations experience in pharmaceutical or biotech, with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Veeva CRM, PowerBI, or comparable platforms preferred. It is a hybrid position requiring in-office collaboration two to three times per week at the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices, with a stated salary range of $165,000 to $200,000 USD for candidates working in California.
