Driven Brands is hiring a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, while strengthening disclosure controls, SOX/ICFR remediation, documentation, and governance. Reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting, the role manages two Senior Accountants and coordinates with accounting, legal, tax, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, auditors, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, an active CPA license, 8 to 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, substantial public-company SEC reporting experience, and prior people leadership experience.
