IntelliPro is hiring a Senior Manager SEC Reporting for a long-term contract in Palo Alto, California, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The role supports Form 10-Q and 10-K filings, financial statements, XBRL/iXBRL tagging, cash-flow and stock-based-compensation accounting, goodwill and intangible asset analysis, close support, and audit preparation. Candidates must hold a CPA, have at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience in a public company or supporting public company clients, and demonstrate end-to-end 10-K or 10-Q filing experience. The position pays $90–$93 per hour on W2 and includes a comprehensive benefits package subject to eligibility.
