Arm is hiring a senior Enterprise Security role to provide strategic security leadership across its Intellectual Property and Silicon engineering businesses. The role develops secure engineering enablement roadmaps, advises engineering and product teams on security architecture, threat modelling, IP protection, data flows, tooling, infrastructure, and secure collaboration, and establishes governance, metrics, and continuous improvement. It requires significant semiconductor industry enterprise security experience, strong security architecture and GRC knowledge, and the ability to influence senior technical and commercial stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a salary range of $198,100-$268,000 per year.
