Description

Tenable is hiring a Production Manager to build and lead a high-velocity production engine for professional-services service and training offerings. The role owns the full collateral and course-delivery lifecycle, manages scalable workflows and LMS and content platforms, develops curricula, reviews technical and marketing assets, coordinates launches, and leads a cross-functional team of technical and creative professionals. The position requires at least 8 years of related experience, including 3+ years leading creative or technical production staff, and may require hybrid or on-site work at Tenable headquarters in Columbia, Maryland or Boston, Massachusetts.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff
Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings
Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle
Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale
Preferred Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field
Familiarity with Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, and Nessus
Familiarity with data and dashboarding tools such as Tableau
