Description
Arcesium is hiring a Senior Manager for its Trade Affirmations and Settlements group in Hyderabad. The role owns the team’s work product across trade affirmation, confirmation matching, and settlement processing for OTC derivatives and other asset classes; oversees operational escalations, trade-economics discrepancies, process improvements, client onboarding, controls, regulatory change management, and audits; and manages, mentors, and develops analysts and managers. The position requires an MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification and 9–12 years of experience in trade affirmations, confirmations, and settlements, with strong OTC derivatives exposure.
