Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Manager, Signal Processing to lead the algorithm development and engineering management of digital payload products, including advanced radar, modems, processors, and network routers. The role owns the technical roadmap, develops and optimizes DSP algorithms, leads test plans and GSE automation, coordinates with hardware, FPGA, and software teams, supports customers and programs, and grows a team of 3–4 DSP engineers. The position is onsite in Long Beach, California, requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility, and offers a base salary of $173,300–$259,850 USD plus equity.
