Dexterity is hiring a Senior Manager, Site Operations to lead onsite deployment execution for a major customer program in the Hagerstown, Maryland area. The role coordinates site readiness, installation, commissioning, training, support readiness, operational handoff, and customer adoption across customer success, product, field engineering, field services, support, commercial, and customer operations teams. It requires 10+ years of experience leading complex technical deployments in robotics, industrial automation, warehouse automation, material handling, or related environments, along with strong technical judgment, vendor and contractor management, risk and escalation management, and customer-facing leadership. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $180,000–$210,000 USD, with possible equity and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
