Nium is hiring a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead the availability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence of its global payments platform. The role manages and grows SRE and reliability engineering teams across multiple time zones, owns reliability strategy and incident management, and partners with product, security, and infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include observability, capacity planning, automation, disaster recovery, chaos engineering, regulatory compliance, reliability budgeting, and production readiness. The position requires extensive software, infrastructure, and SRE experience, strong cloud and Kubernetes expertise, and a people-management or technical leadership background.
