Experience using social media reporting, analytics, or listening tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Emplifi, or similar.
Strong understanding of social KPIs including reach, impressions, views, watch time, retention, saves, shares, engagement rate, follower growth, sentiment, and share of voice.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
Proven ability to turn social performance data into practical content and creative recommendations.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
