Amazon is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Development to lead multiple software teams working on Workforce Management Solution and Time & Attendance systems. The role owns a multi-year technical strategy, defines engineering vision, coaches managers and senior engineers, partners with product and cross-functional stakeholders, establishes engineering standards, and manages resource and staffing planning. Candidates need at least 10 years of engineering experience, 5 years of engineering team management experience, and experience delivering consumer software, partnering with product or program management teams, and managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment.
