RBC is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Development to lead the modernization of ClientLink, a mission-critical wealth management platform. The role combines strategic technical leadership, software architecture, engineering standards, AI-enabled software engineering, and the transformation of legacy applications into scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions. The manager will lead and mentor engineering teams, establish governance for the enterprise AI Engineering Platform, and drive API-first, event-driven, microservices, and DevSecOps practices. The position is full-time, salaried, and based in Toronto, with an application deadline of 2026-10-23.
