Amazon is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Development to lead multiple software development teams and own a strategically important software architecture for the SageMaker HyperPod Infra team. The role defines multi-year technical strategy, partners with product and cross-functional stakeholders, mentors engineering managers and senior engineers, and drives improvements in system design, performance, security, and reliability. Candidates need at least 10 years of engineering experience, 5 years of engineering team management experience, and experience managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment.
