Description
Zillow is hiring a remote Software Engineering Manager to define technical strategy and roadmaps, lead the design, development, and operation of scalable software systems, manage and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and establish engineering metrics. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience including 3+ years in people leadership, and experience scaling high-availability applications in a modern cloud environment. Base salary ranges from $196,400 to $330,300 annually depending on location, with equity eligibility.
