Description
Adobe is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead the engineering teams responsible for Meta Factory, its agentic builders platform. The role owns execution across the agent harness, agent definitions, execution loop, evaluations, self-improvement systems, and skills framework; leads development of runtime, tool integrations, context management, control mechanisms, and execution environments; designs feedback systems; and evaluates build-versus-buy options. Candidates need experience scaling AI, developer platform, or infrastructure engineering teams, at least five years of people management experience including two years leading teams deploying AI applications in production, technical depth in AI/ML systems and cloud platforms, architecture judgment, and experience developing engineers.
