OneStream is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering for its Platform Development team in a remote, full-time role in the United States. The position leads the design, development, architecture, delivery, optimization, and evolution of the OneStream Platform and related browser engineering teams, while also building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Responsibilities include hands-on technical leadership, distributed-systems architecture, AI enablement, platform observability, performance optimization, hiring, mentoring, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience in complex distributed systems, and at least 5 years leading engineering teams. The gross annual base salary is USD 173,000–225,000, with additional variable compensation and benefits.
