Rocket Software is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a global team of software and/or quality engineers responsible for complex products or a full product line. The role oversees software feature design and implementation, testing, defect correction, product development and quality goals, customer-requirement reviews, code reviews, team growth and onboarding, release responsiveness, development standards and automation, and collaboration across geographies. Candidates need at least six years managing technical engineering teams, mainframe technology experience, customer advocacy, product-requirements synthesis, global-team leadership, Agile experience, and strong communication skills.
