Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performance engineering organization focused on enterprise-scale automation and agentic AI platforms. The role owns technical vision, architecture, delivery, and operations of production-grade software systems across IT support, endpoint services, employee support, and related enterprise domains. Responsibilities include designing autonomous AI agents, integrating ServiceNow, ERP, procurement, endpoint-management, data-pipeline, API, and application systems; leading engineering teams; defining technical roadmaps; and translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. The position requires extensive software engineering and engineering-management experience, production systems expertise, cloud and infrastructure skills, and strong communication abilities. The base salary range is 248,000 USD to 391,000 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 1, 2026.
