Rocket Software is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a global team of software and quality engineers responsible for its Enterprise Data Integration portfolio. The role oversees engineering execution, software quality, product delivery, modernization, customer escalations, operational readiness, and talent development, while partnering with executive leadership, product management, architecture, and technical support. The position requires significant enterprise software engineering and leadership experience, strong technical leadership across mainframe, distributed, hybrid, and cloud environments, and experience with Agile and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The role is remote.
