ASM is hiring a Software Engineering Manager in Phoenix to lead software development for semiconductor capital equipment, define software roadmaps and baselines, manage multiple products and releases, ensure software quality, and build and develop a team of software engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, at least 12 years of software baseline management and development experience, at least 5 years of technical people leadership experience, strong C++ skills, and experience with Jira, builds management, and Git.
