BCI is hiring a Senior Manager, Investment Technology to lead a small team of up to three software engineers and remain an active technical contributor to the Investment Operations software and data platforms. The role covers platform and pipeline engineering, data engineering, integration, AI-enabled tooling, production delivery, architecture, risk, and team leadership, with close partnership to Financial Engineering and Investment Operations. It is based in Victoria, British Columbia, with remote work up to one day per week, and offers an annualized salary of CAD 135,000–160,000.
