Claroty is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering - xDome to lead two core R&D teams behind Network Protection and Anomaly & Threat Detection for its flagship SaaS platform. The role owns distributed security systems, production-grade agentic services, stream processing, large-scale analytics, cloud-native detection and enforcement engines, and cross-functional delivery of customer-facing features and AI-driven capabilities. Candidates need at least four years of experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams, eight or more years building scalable distributed backend or data platforms, relevant cybersecurity or industrial-protocol experience, and strong cloud-native and AI-assisted development skills.
