Diligent is hiring a senior engineering leader to build AI-first governance, risk, and compliance products. The role leads and grows multiple agile engineering teams, owns the technical roadmap, integrates AI and automation, aligns engineering strategy with business goals, and mentors engineers. It requires 12+ years of software development experience, 6+ years in people management or technical leadership, and extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, infrastructure, CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies. The position follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office location.
