Foodsmart is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead and grow an engineering organization of approximately 16 engineers, manage four AI-focused pods, and set technical direction for a full-stack web platform. The role focuses on AI-native development, architecture, delivery quality, cross-team risk management, engineering excellence, and mentorship. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing engineering teams, along with hands-on AI development and deep knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and related technologies. The position is remote, with a base salary range of $200,000-$225,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
