L3Harris is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead software teams responsible for the research, design, development, integration, testing, and execution of complex software systems supporting hardware and mission applications. The role combines people leadership with program execution, agile delivery oversight, bid and forecast planning, cross-functional coordination, and technical stakeholder representation. It is an on-site position in Greenville, Texas, on a 9/80 schedule with off every other Friday and first-shift work. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of related experience, or equivalent experience and education, along with experience leading software development, formal people leadership, and execution under cost, schedule, and technical constraints.
