Metropolis is hiring a Senior Manager to lead a Customer Experience application development team through a growth phase. The role partners with Product Management, Data Science, and User Research to develop customer-facing mobility applications, establish reliable and data-informed engineering processes, coach and hire engineering talent, and manage workflow, dashboard, and data visualization applications. The position requires at least five years of management experience and ten years of software development experience, with a base salary of $216,500 to $264,500 USD annually and an office-first model requiring employees to be on-site at least four days per week.
