Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in a team-based event-driven distributed microservices environment
5+ years of experience managing a software team and providing technical direction
Experience leading engineering teams through de-monolithing and transitioning to distributed system architectures
Experience leading software and quality engineering teams using Agile or Lean practices
Experience identifying, implementing, and measuring team processes to improve quality, flow, and developer experience
Experience integrating AI-assisted development tooling into engineering workflows
Experience working with or managing quality-focused team members
Experience creating best practices around automated unit testing
Hands-on experience with AWS and relational databases
