Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a pillar of its Legal & Privacy engineering organization. The role owns the engineering roadmap and delivery of compliance automation, AI solutions, risk controls, regulatory technology platforms, and related systems; partners with Legal, Cyber, Compliance/Risk Product and Operations; and manages the compliance and risk engineering team. Responsibilities include translating GDPR and CCPA requirements into technical solutions, overseeing platform reliability and performance, managing defects, incidents, support standards, SLAs, and data integrations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, 4 years of engineering management or senior technical leadership, and experience leading ML and automation solutions. It is fully remote and offers a salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 plus bonus eligibility.
