Description
The role leads the modernization of legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based platforms. Responsibilities include defining the technical roadmap and delivery milestones, building and mentoring engineering teams, establishing engineering practices, and partnering with Product, Architecture, Platform, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires engineering leadership experience, strong Java, microservices, Spring Boot, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and application modernization expertise, along with the ability to lead large-scale technical transformation initiatives and build reliable, scalable, secure enterprise platforms.
