Description

NVIDIA is hiring an Engineering Leader and Manager for Isaac Manipulation to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of robotic-arm and dexterous-system manipulation capabilities. The role will recruit and mentor robotics and machine-learning engineers, define grasping, motion planning, control, perception, and learned-manipulation capabilities, bridge research and product, partner with robot-arm OEMs and developers, and deliver GPU-accelerated, real-world manipulation systems. Candidates need a relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of robotics or robotics-adjacent experience including 3 years leading engineering teams, and expertise in robotic manipulation, accelerated computing, modern software, and industrial automation. The base salary is 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD for Level 4 and 320,000 USD to 488,750 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until July 13, 2026.
