Airwallex is hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team of five supporting Enterprise and SME sales organisations across EMEA. The role partners with engineering, product, legal, operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver product demonstrations, propose solutions, manage RFPs, oversee go-lives, and own challenging solution projects. The manager will also manage team performance, OKRs, resource allocation, and processes. The position requires a STEM bachelor's degree, at least eight years of customer-facing engineering experience, and two years in a team-leader capacity, with a hybrid London office arrangement requiring three days per week.
