Talkdesk is hiring a Solution Engineering Manager to lead and develop a solution engineering team serving the Financial Services and Insurance domain. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering, Americas; drives scalable pre-sales motions, hires and onboards talent, partners with sales, product, engineering, and professional services, manages KPIs and forecasts, participates in technical deal reviews, and develops customer trust. Candidates need 7+ years of solution engineering or pre-sales experience, including 3–5+ years leading people, plus deep FSI domain expertise and hands-on experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions. The position offers an OTE pay range of $220,000–$330,000, health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
