Description
Skydio is hiring a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering for Launch Team Readiness, West to lead readiness operations for the western half of its dock business. The role manages Readiness Specialists, owns site readiness, policy and approval milestones, deployment and training progress, launch criteria, and handoff documentation, and coordinates with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Policy, Customer Success, and the East region. It is a remote position requiring 50–60% travel, with 5+ years of relevant customer-facing operations, deployment, implementation, or project delivery experience and 1+ years leading a team. The annual base salary range is $187,000–$220,000 plus bonus, with equity and health insurance benefits.
