Description
Oscar is hiring a Senior Manager, Speciality / Ancillary Products to lead the strategy, design, regulatory execution, vendor implementation, launch, performance, and optimization of dental, vision, and other ancillary insurance products. Reporting to the Vice President of Insurance Product Innovation and Development, the role owns the full product lifecycle, business cases, benefit design, vendor governance, regulatory filings, data-driven performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. It is a remote work-from-home position for eligible residents of specified states, with base pay of $134,136–$176,053 per year in most locations and $149,040–$195,615 per year in New Jersey, New York, and California, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
