Covista is hiring a Senior Manager to oversee a portfolio of programs and campus locations under the Lead Senior Manager, Accreditation & Professional Regulation. The role manages relationships with state regulatory agencies and accreditors, handles approvals, submissions, site visits, reports, curriculum compliance, personnel qualification reviews, and ongoing regulatory and accreditation activities. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of higher education teaching or management experience, and experience with assessment, accreditation, and regulatory approval processes; a BSN and MSN are preferred. The role follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week and offers a salary range of $80,336.75 to $145,077.09 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
