Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming (Główny Programista) in Warsaw to lead statistical programming teams and provide programming expertise for clinical projects. The role covers the design, development, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex programs and utilities; preparation and review of electronic submissions; development of ADaM and other clinical data specifications; review of statistical and data planning documents; risk communication; process and technology improvement; and change management.
