Hydrotechnik GmbH is hiring a Senior Manager Strategic Procurement to rebuild its strategic purchasing function and develop a globally competitive supplier base. The role focuses on international sourcing, supplier development, cost engineering, category strategy, supplier audits, second-source strategies, make-or-buy analyses, and early supplier involvement with R&D and product management. Operational purchasing is excluded, and the position requires a relevant engineering or business engineering degree, five to ten years of strategic procurement experience, strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills, and very good German and English proficiency. The role is full-time and permanent in Limburg an der Lahn, with an immediate start.
