Description

Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to join their newly established StratOps function. This hybrid role involves leading enterprise prioritization and portfolio management, driving implementation of the Strategic Plan, and managing special projects. The successful candidate will support execution on high-priority cross-divisional initiatives, translating prioritized work into structured plans, coordinating actions, and ensuring measurable progress. They will also contribute to building tools, trackers, and operating rhythms within the StratOps function.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or project management.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong execution skills, including planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination, and material development.
Entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — excited to help build and refine a new function’s tools and processes.
Analytical and structured problem-solver with ability to work in ambiguity and bring clarity to complex work.
Ability to work across teams without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.
High adaptability and ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and experience preparing materials for and working with senior leaders.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality materials and analysis.
Proficiency using AI tools to work more efficiently and elevate the quality of outputs.
