Airwallex is hiring a senior strategy and operations professional to lead group-wide regulatory and compliance initiatives in Singapore. The role owns strategic projects such as market expansion, licensing roadmaps, operating-model redesigns, and AI-driven compliance automation; advises senior leadership; coordinates cross-functional teams; and establishes metrics and governance. Candidates need 6–8+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, plus experience in financial services, global payments, fintech, or technology platforms.
