REGENT is hiring a Senior Manager, Structures to lead and develop its structures engineering function for the Seaglider program. The role owns structural analysis standards, certification and margin documentation, composites allowables, FEM fidelity, cross-functional interfaces with Loads & Dynamics, Flight Physics, and Manufacturing, and structural test planning and correlation. It is a player-coach position requiring hands-on aerospace structural engineering, functional people management, composites expertise, FEA proficiency, and certification experience.
