Description

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Manager, Study Start-up to lead global study start-up and site activation activities for Phase I-III and real-world evidence clinical trials. This role involves close collaboration with CRO teams, internal stakeholders, KOLs, and external vendors to optimize study start-up, site activation, and enrollment. The manager will oversee end-to-end study startup strategy, plans, and activities, ensuring predictable delivery and contributing to operational planning decisions.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science or related discipline.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of significant experience gained with a CRO or biopharmaceutical company working on multinational clinical studies.
5+ years of considerable experience managing operational aspects of clinical studies.
Significant experience in leading global study start-up and site activation activities.
Experience working with external CROs and cross-functional teams.
Broad-based experience in clinical development including clinical trial conduct, Study Start-up and feasibility, country and site selection and patient retention and recruitment.
