Description
BD is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for its Columbus West plant in Columbus, Ohio. The role leads the plant-level supply chain function, including production planning, material management, procurement, sterilization, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The manager will own the monthly S&OP process, manage production schedules and MRP, oversee inventory and working capital, support supplier and regulatory requirements, lead continuous improvement and cost optimization, and coach the supply chain team. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or engineering is required, with an MBA preferred, along with seven years of logistics or supply chain management experience.
