Description

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its System Integration team in the United States and partner with global teams across architecture, design, software, firmware, QA, and manufacturing. The role focuses on post-silicon feature integration, PVT validation, wide-area and in-system testing, complex hardware-software debugging, program-milestone recovery, and hiring and mentoring senior technical talent. Candidates need an electrical or computer engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of system-level post-silicon bring-up and debug experience, including 5 years leading technical teams, and shipped silicon. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 232,000 USD to 368,000 USD plus equity and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of system-level post-silicon bring-up and debug experience
5 years leading technical teams
Experience with shipped silicon
Experience building or scaling wide-area or in-system test programs in production
Experience leading technical teams across multiple geographies
Preferred Qualifications: Process and methodology improvements improving bring-up velocity, debug efficiency, or shipped silicon quality
Experience partnering with counterpart teams in India or another major engineering hub
DFT experience with system-test features for in-field testing on production silicon
Familiarity with fault models, DPPM, quality metrics, and RAS
Experience redesigning AI-driven team workflows
