Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, permanent Senior Manager, Systems Engineer for a direct-hire position with a well-known market leader. The role leads and mentors technical engineers, develops systems engineering strategy, forecasts manpower needs, recruits system engineers, coordinates project engineers, program management, and customers, and supports proposal development and labor estimation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant systems engineering or cybersecurity experience, is based in Waco, Texas, and does not offer remote or hybrid work.
