L3Harris Spectrum Superiority (S2) is hiring a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead systems engineering teams and technical execution for Electronic Warfare and the Next Generation Jammer program. The role covers systems architecture, requirements management, design and development oversight, integration and test execution, risk management, customer engagement, proposal support, and staffing and mentoring of engineering teams. The position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires a relevant engineering degree, at least 10–12 years of related experience, and an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
