ServiceNow is hiring a Manager of Systems Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing, building, and scaling global cloud infrastructure for its ServiceNow product. The role owns deployment, management, and support of Canadian sovereign cloud systems on GCP and contributes to global infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP; leads compute definition, configuration, delivery, and validation; supports product and program roadmaps; and provides technical leadership, hiring, development, performance management, architecture guidance, risk assessment, and standards. Candidates need extensive systems, software development, DevOps, and public-cloud experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a master’s degree or equivalent experience.
