TTEC is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to join their team in Metro Manila, Philippines. This role involves understanding the platform's behavior in production, collaborating with clients and operations partners, and ensuring the stability, performance, and roadmap of the contact center platform. The manager will also oversee governance, security, and compliance, manage change, produce reporting, lead a global team of engineers, and contribute to client-facing activities like RFPs.
